Who we are
The team enhances and increases learning opportunities in the arts and creative industries for all those living, working and studying in Rhondda Cynon Taf. We do this by working with the right people – artists and others - to create inclusive and accessible participatory arts activities for all in the area.
The team is led by the Arts Development Manager, Caroline O'Neill, who can be contacted on Caroline.A.O'Neill@rhondda-cynon-taff.gov.uk or 01443 490258.
Within the team we have designated officers who can advise and support you on how to become involved in the arts and how to use the arts in your community, school, youth club or other organisation including Council services.
